Inferis is the world that the souls of any living thing, be it sprite or human, that died in Kruxor are sent to. The fact a portal exists in Zukanov could imply it actually is anything that dies on Aquablade's hard drive, but this is yet to be confirmed. The world is said to be very dangerous, and meant for those who are not alive. It is ruled over by Death, who reaps the Souls of the dead to guide them there and has complete control over the Souls he reaps.
History[]
Inferis was created by Salavaur to act as Kruxor's underworld along with it's ruler, Death.
It is revealed in "Confusion and Deceit" that a portal to Inferis is located in a crevasse at the bottom of the Inudatopolis sea in Zukanov where a symbol of the Belt of Infinity is drawn on the cave wall, and can be unlocked by bringing Melzor the Wise's book about the history of Kruxor there, which will make the riddle "One who fears it will never dare to meet it" appear on the book. Answering the riddle with "Death" will cause the Belt of Infinity symbol to transform into the portal, allowing whoever solved it to enter Inferis.
